Marketing Director, Baileys Europe


Anne is the Marketing Director for Baileys in Europe, responsible for the deliciously indulgent Baileys brand, leading all marketing, strategy and activation across the omnichannel. Prior to that, she started up the Culture, Media & Futures team for Europe Marketing at Diageo, where she was responsible for how brands show up in culture & entertainment, leading the comms strategy and implementation across paid, owned and earned ecosystems for all Diageo brands. As a member of the European Exec and Leadership teams at Diageo, she oversaw investment in tech and future innovation, cultural and new media partnerships, as well defining the future vision in all these spaces.

Prior to joining Diageo, Anne spent nearly 20 years agency side, leading integrated brand marketing, advertising and strategy for major FMCG clients and brands all over the world. She’s deeply proud of the brands and campaigns she’s helped to build around the globe along the way – which have not just won awards, but had profound impact on women, consumers and communities.
