I have been with Holiday Extras for 20 of the 36 years we've been in existence. I am currently responsible for the development of our brand and tasked with the job of making us a household name. We help 8m+ people a year go on holiday with less hassle by organising all the extras they need (like parking, hotels, lounges, money, insurance - the lot). We are currently on a mission to get more involved with our customers in their trip planning - figuring out how we can help them smooth out other hassles that are involved in the rest of their trips, for instance by providing them with helpful content about the places they are visiting, or providing travel advice about how to move about in a post-Brexit world! Having been primarily online and available via retail travel agents to date, we are going above the line this year and I am therefore interested in meeting people with some experience of taking an established brand like ours into traditional advertising space, as well as anyone that can help us do it with clear ROI metrics that I can take back to our board.
