During a 14 year career as a professional rugby player Olly at Bristol and Harlquins he set up The Jolly Hog with his brothers Josh and Max. Starting with a sausage making machine on a kitchen table and then grew to be one of the biggest pork brands in the UK.

The Jolly Hog now has national listings in all the big food retailers, multiple Great Taste Awards, a restaurant called Pigsty and 2 Kiosks called Jolly Hog on the Trot.

Proudest moment to date was hearing Michel Roux Jnr saying that Jolly Hog is his favourite sausage. Life doesn’t get better than that.
