Zoe specialises in challenger culture and strategy. With a post-grad in psychology and behaviour
change, Zoe cut her teeth at eatbigfish before going on to lead the brand for Sipsmith London. She then joined multi award-winning Wealth Manager Killik & Co at a critical point in their growth, before returning to specialise in brand psychology: leading brand transformation from the inside out. As a consultant with eatbigfish and Counsel to a number of challenger brands, including the Small Beer Brew Co, Zoe advises businesses large and small on how to adopt and sustain a Challenger Mindset from within.
