Marie’s marketing experience spans across nine years in luxury lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, food and beverage. Working with some of the most reputable hospitality brands internationally and in the UK, Marie has led the marketing strategies for much-loved and iconic restaurants, bars, hotels and members clubs such as Nobu, The Ivy Collection, The Ivy Club, Scott’s Mayfair, Sexy Fish, J Sheekey, 34 Mayfair and The Doyle Collection, amongst others.

As the world went into lockdown in 2020, Marie took an agile approach, creating relaunch campaigns that delivered unprecedented audience growth during hospitality’s most turbulent and challenging period, whilst securing Caprice Holdings’ leading position in the marketplace. 

From big openings to launching new concepts in the ever-competitive hospitality scene, Marie is an expert in developing creative marketing strategies that resonate with audiences and generate commercial growth.

In her current role as Director of Marketing for Aqua Restaurant Group, she leads the marketing and communications for their London expansion plan, introducing new concepts to the UK, whilst maintaining the success of the group’s existing portfolio, including Aqua Shard and Hutong.
