Chief Customer Officer, Bloom & Wild

Charlotte joined Bloom & Wild at the start of 2020 to head up the evolution of Bloom & Wild’s brand and communications, leading Bloom & Wild’s re-brand, including the development of their ‘Care Wildly’ creative platform. Charlotte oversaw the introduction of Bloom & Wild’s annual Sustainability Report and the development of the Thoughtful Marketing Movement initiative. Following the acquisitions of bloomon and Bergamotte, Charlotte has played a central role in the articulation of the vision, mission and values that sit at the very heart of the Bloom & Wild Group. She now leads brand, creative, communications, physical product and customer insight teams across the Bloom & Wild and bloomon brands, and sits on the Executive Team.


Prior to Bloom & Wild Charlotte built her career in the beauty industry, predominantly at L’Oréal, where she worked in both sales and marketing roles in their Consumer Products Division. Charlotte is an alumna of the Marketing Academy Scholarship leadership development programme and a mentor for their Apprentice programme.
